Thermoplastic Polyolefins and TPEs
The depth of the company’s understanding of thermoplastic polyolefin materials is reflected in the breadth of our product line. For more than 20 years, we have continued to expand the performance envelope for these versatile, recyclable materials. The care we take in product design is evident not only in the performance levels of our products, but also in our customer’s plants where wider processing windows, lower scrap rates, and improved cycle times all contribute to lower overall system costs.
DEXFLEX® TPOs
A wide range of DEXFLEX TPOs are in use in applications that were once reserved for more expensive engineering resins or for steel. Their performance in automotive applications, combined with their quality and consistency, makes them cost-effective alternatives to cheaper commodity materials as well.
SEQUEL® engineered polyolefins
The latest polyolefin and elastomer technologies are designed into SEQUEL materials to address the most demanding performance requirements. Separate families of these products are being developed to meet the well defined needs of groups of applications — from series with high specific stiffness, to impact resistance, to surface durability, to dimensional stability.
INDURE® polyolefin alloys
INDURE brand materials are designed to provide products with excellent resistance to scratch and mar, not only for the satisfaction of the end user, but also to reduce the costs of in-plant damage sustained during the manufacturing or assembly process.
NexPrene® TPEs
NexPrene thermoplastic elastomers are designed for applications requiring flexibility, sealing, or soft touch. These recyclable materials are cost-effective replacements for thermosets or for conventional thermoplastic rubber. Specific grades of NexPrene materials feature properties that are important to such varied segments as the automotive, building, and construction industries.
