We take extraordinary steps to minimize product variation. We use the most accurate technology for measuring the components that go into our materials. Specific procedures have been defined for each of our wide range of products and for the transitions between products. Computer controls track every critical step and make the information available to the production team. Trained operators have both the understanding to recognize impending issues and the authority to act to resolve them.

Our people are committed to making each of our materials to the same specifications every time, regardless of the length of the run or the time between runs. Our procedures involve teamwork among the various manufacturing disciplines. As a result, each or our facilities has been certified to the standards of ISO 16949. We were the first company of our kind to achieve validation for our performance at the ISO 9000 quality level.
